We were pleased to be nominated recently for the Warwickshire Business Booster Award for most improved business. Although on the night we were pipped to the post we did come second and are immensely proud of our achievement.

Jessica and Rebecca were there in their glad rags to receive our award and I’m sure you’ll agree they looked equally prestigious themselves!

Business Booster is a program we have been involved in since 2008, and with the help of a dedicated business analyst we identified ways to streamline our processes and improve our customer focus.

The rewards have been impressive - we’ve seen a business growth of over 40% in just 2 years and don’t want to stop there! With our new Poole office having recently opened and our Water Treatment Engineers now up and rolling on their next grade NVQ’s, here’s hoping that next year the top slot on awards night will be ours.

We’re not about to get complacent though, and know that in the current nervous financial climate the only way we can continue to sustain and grow our business is to satisfy the needs of our customers, new and old alike 110%.
